The research group, D4Learning, works with the study and development of innovative digital, dialogic learning processes, which support inclusive democratic development.


D4Learning works with it-integrating learning at all levels and with the design, facilitation and evaluation of innovative technology-integrating processes of learning with an emphasis and view on quality directed towards the future.

D4Learning addresses processes of learning and development of competencies of learning/teaching (e.g. teacher education) at all levels in the education system as well as processes of teaching/learning in both national and international contexts.

Included in a D4Learning perspective is also, more concretely, a wish to engage in mixed methods and action research (e.g. Design based research – DRB), research in own practice, and cross-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary mode2 research, and e.g. through the glases of DRB methodology to study and enhance dialogic and democratic quality in design/cultivation of NEW knowledge (as opposed to knowledge reproduction).
