Profile
Research within Medical Informatics is focusing on information systems for the healthcare sector. Systems which are used for retrieval, processing, representation, verification, distribution, and presentation of clinical information and clinical knowledge.
This also includes the interplay between systems based on specific health care disciplines and applications - for example tools and systems with medical professional focus, including their interface
with users - and systems related to the general information structure and organisation of the healthcare sector.
