Nanoteknologi

Nanotechnology is the technology of the future as well as an essential part of today’s information technology, as witnessed in e.g. hard-disk drives, integrated circuits and photonic bandgap structures. We are currently pursuing many different areas of nanotechnology within photonics, materials science and quantum modelling. Our recent work has focused on

• Linear and nonlinear optical nanoscopy
  
• Photoemission and nonlinear optical spectroscopy of metallic quantum wells
  
• Quantum mechanical and statistical modelling of organic and inorganic nanomaterials
  
• Advanced spectroscopic and STM studies of surface structures and reactions
