Company Development through Agile Project Portfolio Management

Usually companies are capable of managing customer orders and product development, whereas internal company development initiatives seem difficult to manage. In part this is due to the need to orchestrate a large number of development efforts in different areas and of different nature. Inspired by new concept for manufacturing, the project will develop two new concepts for internal company development, respectively Agile and Lean Project Portfolio Management. They will be tested in a number of Danish companies and, combined, they will point to new ways to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in managing internal company development.
