The aim of the project is to analyse the concept of sustainability in relation to tourism. There is no commonly accepted definition of sustainability. The project analyses how the concept is perceived by different stakeholders, what has been done to implement the concept, and if there is any optimal way to do it. Data will be collected from two or more case studies in Northern Jutland. The project is a post doc. project co-financed by grants from the EEC Structural Funds Objective Two and Aalborg University.
