Sensorløs kontrol af synkron reluktans motor / Sensorless Control of Synchronous Reductance Motor

Projektdetaljer

Beskrivelse

This project investigates a reluctance synchronous motor (RSM) sensorless drive based on direct torque and stator flux control (DTFC). A cage and without cage-rotor synchronous reluctance motor have been tested with DTFC and a combined DTFC and Space Vector Modulation (SVM) sensorless control strategy. After simulation studies, the experimental part of this project was developed as a part of the Danfoss Professor Programme. The digital control system is supervised by a computer. A Kalman filter based speed estimator was shown to give a good estimation both for low speeds and higher speeds. The stator flux estimator implemented is based on a combined current/voltage model. Steady state, transient and loading tests have been carried out with the RSM sensorless drive at different speeds. Improvements have been made to the speed estimation to obtain a better response during transients using the same experimental arrangement. Parameter identification tests were done using the inverter control facilities only (voltage vectors, voltage patterns, acceleration tests, etc.) in order to obtain the initial rotor position, and the dc inductances of the machine.
