The project aims at developing new strategies for production and logistics at VELUX. The project further focuses on change management processes leading to also new organizational structures. The project group consists of Ph.D. student Mads R. Andreassen, professor Harry Boer, and professor Frank Gertsen. The project period is 2004-2007.
