Therefore we correct a recent result of Roy{\textquoteright}2012, we solve an open problem stated in Roy{\textquoteright}2012 and we improve and generalize some results of Roy{\textquoteright}2012 and Lahtonen-McGuire-Ward{\textquoteright}2007.",
