Building National Innovation Platform in China : Theoetical exploration and empirical study

The focus of the article is the "national innovation platform" that are being build in China to enhance interaction between stakeholders and encourage knowledge flows. The textile industry is used as an example to discuss suitablity and lay a foundation for theoretical reflections of the new initiative.
