This article, published in the June 2012 issue of J Telemed Telecare, has the following correction in Figure 2: In the version of this article initially published, there was an error in Figure 2. The two categories described in the line chart should be switched. The corrected version (shown below) shows the Control group (bold line) with the lower proportion of patients not admitted, and the Intervention group (dotted line) representing the higher proportion of patients not admitted into hospital (Figure presented).
