title = "Damage Localization of Severely Damaged RC-Structures Based on Measured Eigenperiods from a Single Response",
abstract = "This paper deals with the estimation of the damage location of severely damaged Reinforced Concrete (RC) structures excited by earthquakes. It is assumed that the building is instrumented with a sensor measuring the earthquake acceleration signal at ground surface and a sensor measuring only a single output response such as the top storey displacement. Based on these measurements it is assumed that the two lowest smoothed average circular eigenfrequencies can be estimated. ",
