This paper aims to explore how can we understand craftsman{\textquoteright}s creativity in a theoretical framework of Person, Process, Product, and Press (4Ps) This research question drives to develop a theoretical study bridging two areas of creativity and craftsman{\textquoteright}s work. This will further indicate craftsman{\textquoteright}s working practice is full of complexity that stimulates creative behavior and that also requires a systematic view to understand craftsman{\textquoteright}s creativity as involving interaction between 4Ps.",
