Description
The digitalization of research and science and a call for more open and permanent access to research data is driving the discussion on Research Infrastructures (RI’s). Not only in the food and nutrition area but in science in general. These RI’s are increasingly expected to be dependent on smart technology for instance when it comes to digital and realtime methods for collection o dietary data in populations. The presentation gives an overview of digital devices & smart technologies in the food and nutrition area and is based on a case study of European behavioural food labs carried out as a part of the Richfields study.
