Centre for Comparative Welfare Studies - CCWS

Organisation profile

CCWS (founded in 1995) is a multidisciplinary network of researchers concerned with analysing challenges and patterns of change of ontemporary welfare states. Empirically, CCWS is focused on comparative studies, or on analysing the Danish and the Scandinavian welfare systems in a comparative perspective. Basic research of the welfare state is the major research agenda but as an independent research unit, the group also aims at presenting analyses that are relevant to current policy debates.
