Light Research
Organisation profile
Presently, great advances are being made in documenting the benefits of daylight, developing new sources of artificial light, emerging lighting and media technologies, including intelligent and interactive lighting control in buildings and urban spaces. The unit for Light Research works with interdisciplinary studies that combine knowledge of natural and artificial lighting within the subjects of media technology, engineering and architecture. The research results are reflected in the master's program in Lighting Design at Aalborg University in Copenhagen.
