Focus & support areas

The VBN team works with support, maintenance and development of research registration as well as research dissemination an analysis at AAU, according to the university's executive requirements. The team is specialized in providing research support in the form of information to the university's management, quality assurance of research registration data, bibliometric reports, course activities supporting researchers as well as administrative staff, etc. Team members are furthermore active within a number of additional focus areas and national projects.

Alongside the core focus areas, the VBN-team is responsible for the daily maintenance and support of VBN, and assists users and reporting officers with issues relating to research registration in Pure, the system supporting VBN. In addition, the team carries the overall responsibility for validating the research year in VBN at Aalborg University.
