Rikke Ørngreen is a professor and Vice Head of Research at the Department of Culture and Learning. She also serves as section leader in Copenhagen and heads the Research Center for Video. Her expertise lies in methods, processes, and tools that support the design, organization, implementation, and evaluation of IT-supported learning and organizational change. Her research focuses on the development of innovative approaches to IT-based learning and digital methods, including creative audiovisual techniques, utilizing video, and immersive methods such as XR, VR, and AR. These approaches aim to incorporate various data- and participatory formats that promote individual learning and competence development, group collaboration, and knowledge sharing at the organizational level. Through her work with grants and collaboration agreements with private and public companies, she has gained extensive experience in research management in both national and international projects.
