The project is supported by Aalborg University, the National Board of Health, Denmark and the municipality of Aalborg.
Since 2009 health data for all Danish children have been registered in a new national Danish database (Børnedatabasen) with a view to enabling the early detection of infants at risk. However, data are neither complete nor valid. Thus, the objective of the study is to identify where in the data-generating process mistakes occur in order to validate data in the database.
