    Description

The overall objective of the workshop is to: 1) conceptualize the effect of globalization on global well-being issues, 2) explore the impact of globalization on some of the key determinants of human well-being attainment such as the role of state, welfare provisions, new technologies, inequalities, violence, employment, development, education, environment, health care, etc. Besides opening an original perspective to shed light on well-being achievements, the workshop would like to create knowledge and ideas for changing institutional arrangements and policy directions.
