Implementation of Ecodesign

This is an applied research project in collaboration with the Wind Power and Renewables division of Siemens AG. It investigates the implementation and change processes that are needed when a company transitions from firm based environmental management such as cleaner production to product and systems based environmental management such as ecodesign. Special focus is given to Etienne Wenger's 'Communities of Practice' concept with an outset in learning and organizational change.
