Description
The purpose of this project is to develop an advanced course for both Danish and foreign students. This course will touch on some of the latest findings in leadership and management research and focus on the needs and demands of the modern workplace. The leader - follower interaction in the times of knowledge creation, innovation, globalization and cultural diversity will be addressed.
