Abstract
The four-element equivalent inductor model is not accurate in the low frequency range. The paper model proposes an inductor model with fractional-order component that can model the increase of the resistance and the decrease of the inductance along the frequency. From controller design point of view, the frequency response of the inductor under control bandwidth affect the system stability and the output performance of the converter. The simulation results matches the experimental results and therefore verifies the theoretical derivation.
