Abstract

The paper presents the advances in design and fabrication of free-form Reciprocal Structures, and their application a during a one-week long workshop with the students of the 1st semester of the Master of Science in Architecture and Design, fall 2015, at Aalborg University.
Two new factors were introduced and tested: a new version of the software Reciprocalizer, and an evolution of the Reciprocalizer Robot.
The workshop didactic framework Performance Aided/Assisted Design (PAD) is presented.
