Beboerservice i boligområder: En vejledning til udvikling og handling

This report provides guidelines for tenants and persons who are active within a housing area on how to promote plans, decisions and cooperation on establishing a tenant service in a housing area. The purpose is to make housing areas better places to live, especially for elderly persons, with regard to general services, care, neighbourliness and safety. The tenant service can be used by all types of tenants in a housing area, regardless of types of dwelling ie social or private housing, multi-storey buildings or low buildings. This report is directed at housing departments, tenant and owner associations, and municipal authorities.
