These guidelines describe how urban architecture in complex, socalled inner suburbs, may be attended in a dialogue between professionals and residents. The new Urban Renewal Act and urban regeneration projects demand close cooperation between authorities and residents. Prerequisites and methods for a dialogue about urban architecture are presented here. The guidelines are directed at professionals in urban architecture and to residents active in the development of their urban neighbourhood.
