Omprioritering i almene boligafdelinger: Evaluering af et Byudvalgsinitiativ

This report is an evaluation of the effects of the refinancing, which is one of the initiatives launched by the Urban Committee to improve conditions on social housing sections with social problems, among others. The evaluations comprise approximately 700 housing sections, of which a little more than 200 received refinancing and a little less than 200 were refused refinancing. Moreover almost 300 housing sections received support for social initiatives only. The report focuses specially on evaluating the effects of refinancing on rent, on the number of vacant dwellings and on the competitiveness of the housing sections in the local housing markets.
