Abstract

The report is aimed to give a thorough review of different environmental impacts that the food and drink sector are producing along the whole chain, from fork to farm and to assess which of them are the key environmental challenges for Europe. A representative range of product groups have been chosen:
• Orange juice
• Beef and dairy
• Aquaculture (salmon)
