title = "Class Actions in Denmark",
abstract = "The article deals with the relatively new Danish Act on Class Action (Danish: gruppes{\o}gsm{\aa}l) which was suggested by The Permanent Council on Civil procedure (Retsplejer{\aa}det) of which the article's author is a member. The operability of the new provisions is illustrated through some wellknown Danish cases: Hafnia case (investment prospectus), and Danish Eternit (roof elements) where the existence of Danish provisions on class actions might have made a difference, and the article also deals with the delicate questions of opt-in and opt-out.",
