Abstract

For the past two years Musica Human projects have been mentioned in the media especially in relation to the publishing of the MusiCure CD's. The term 'music therapy' has been used to describe the method of these projects. This article outlines definitions of the relevant levels of the use of music in these projects; describes the purpose of Musica Humana; the back ground for and the relevans of a music therapist's presence in Musica Humana; and what role I as a music therapist may paly in this setting. Members of the Musica Humana board add their perception of the relevans of a music therapist as a resource person in Musica Humana.
