Despite the diversity of approaches and practices in the process of organizational transformation, staff development remains one of key elements in the transformation process in order to teach staff new PBL practice.. A growing body of literature discussing the role of facilitation in PBL, implementation of PBL at different levels in educational practice, PBL online; however, little has been documented on the practice of staff development in PBL, especially through online education in the form of PBL.
