Beskrivelse

Food behavior is increasingly studied experimentally in public health nutrition as well in health promotion and consumer science. This presentation explores the application of big data in the research going on in the borderline between food and health. What kind of behavioural data can be captured and what can of data can be retrieved from other sources such as registers. The presentation reports on the experiences in the AAU FoodScape Lab (www.foodscapelab.aau.dk) as well as experiences from capturing data in living labs such as the neighbouring food envrironment - Enghave Foodscape. The presentation gives examples of capturing data using both bio signals as well as mobile signals
