The presentation describes an approach to data- and research-informed improvement in kindergarten which includes a strong focus on capacity building. The approach is used in a four year research- and development project called Program for Learning Leadership (PLL) (2015-2019). PLL is run as a partnership between Aalborg and Aarhus University (Denmark) and Inland Norway University. The program has a school and a kindergarten part and is based on a strong collaboration between research, policy and practice.
