Established in 2011, Applied Anthropology Network (AAN) has become the main European platform for sharing information and experiences related to the applications of anthropology and ethnography. The network enables a circular transfer of knowledge between academia, private and public sectors, NGOs, interest groups and individuals. It supports employment of anthropologists outside academia.
