Facilitating off- and online Learning in Networks

Networks and private-public partnerships are in general viewed as important tools for innovation and knowledge creation and a new mean for knowledge dissemination (Castells, xxxx). Bringing experiences, knowledge and methods together from a diversed fields and sections, which normally are seperated foster new means for innovation of work practice and for the development of new services and product. 

In this paper, we reflect on a private-public network on e-learning (NoeL), what kinds of learning taking place, how to facilitate this kind of learning processes and what kind of technology support are productive.
