Beskrivelse

The workshop on GreenMegaFood systems dealt with food related climate impact in large scale food systems. The workshop was a part of an international network program,gathering researchers with practitioners within the field, in order to exchange experiences and to initiate continued international project cooperation. The core groups came from Denmark, Brazil and China. The workshop contributions were mainly related to introduction of healthier food and/or climate friendly perspectives in food systems in different arenas e.g. hospital, school, kindergarten, workplace and public sport events.
