About the i3 Spring Days
The i3 Spring Days stand for a cluster of workshops with the aim of bringing together people who are interested in exploring new relationships between technology, people and design. The target audience for the Spring Days includes people from academia, industry, and end-user organisations with an interest in design, education, information and communication technolgies. The Spring Days series has been initiated by i3 - the European Initiative on Intelligent Information Interfaces - back in 1999 with the organisation of the: Spring Days'99 and Spring Days'00. The Spring Days2001 will continue the policy of openness and the seek for diversity. In particular some of the workshops aim to attract people involved in the EU's new initiative on The Disappearing Computer. However, following the tradition of the previous Spring Days most of the workshops will seek for contributions and participants from the global research community.
