"Shining Examples of Building Renovation from Annex 56"
Objectives
Discussion of the methodology for a cost-effective energy and carbon emissions optimization in building renovation, including an environmental life cycle assessment, which aim at maximizing carbon emissions and primary energy use reductions while taking into account the cost effectiveness of related measures. Presentation of results from the case studies of selected shining examples of building renovation in EU countries. Discussion of Annex 56 results with the basics for future standards which will be useful for the new evaluation criteria in the EN Amendments for the Public Contracts that will come into force in EU countries in two years.
