With the advent of inter-, multi-, and transdisciplinary research programmes and initiatives on both national and international levels, and with the increased focus on cross-faculty collaboration within P1, finding a space to develop and refine interdisciplinary leadership is essential. The character and configuration of the P1 research programme calls for leadership skills that facilitate integration, communication, and partnerships across institutions and disciplines. To harness the value of interdisciplinary collaboration and promote integration and synergies, this session explores the leadership skills needed for P1 to effectively communicate and interact across disciplinary boundaries. The session starts with an introductory presentation by Prof. David Budtz Pedersen (AAU) and continues with an interactive group exercise. The goal of the session is to have an open dialogue about the challenges and drivers of interdisciplinary research, and to learn about tools and methods for leading teams and startup projects within P1 and beyond.| Periode | 20 aug. 2023 |
