I have been on the ISC ICAT since 2006 when I proposed AAU as the host for the 2007 event. This was realised and the ICAT 2007 was hosted in AAUE with an IEEE published proceedings titled "17th International Conference on Artificial Reality and Telexistence" - see

This is a lifetime appointment so the period below is arbitrary
