Participated with paper titled: Leadership in a virtual Community of Practice. The article suggests that leadership is a process and practice that unfold in and between the members of this case-specific virtual community. The conclusion includes and goes beyond firm leader- and follower roles and further into the concrete practice and social dynamics of leading and following as processes wherein member actively take and let go of both leader- and follower roles according to work-experience, practical and communication skills with the specific task in a community of practice.
