Beskrivelse

The roles of universities in society are changing rapidly and the global society is met with great challenges, for which universities cannot stay unprepared. Hence, leadership training and creation of cross disciplinary interactions between young scientists, who are to become the future leaders in universities and in society, are important. Since 2010 Australian National University (ANU) has organized an international PhD course for elite PhD students from different research areas. The course focuses on individual leadership training and involves lectures by university leaders from ANU combined with seminars and workshops.
