Several GCE NODE companies are taking part in an offshore wind research project in Norway. The consortium, led by research institute NORCE, has named the project Building Industry for Offshore Wind Technology (BUIOWT), which aims to develop new products, solutions, and service models for the offshore wind industry. The consortium also includes Aalborg University. The BUIOWT project has a budget of NOK 116 million over three years, and it will be one of the largest research projects of its kind in Norway.
