The ETUCE and EFEE held their second social dialogue capacity building seminar in Riga, Latvia 14-15 September. The event started with president of LIZDA Inga Vanaga who took the opportunity to share an update on a discussion. This was followed by a research presentation by Professor Howard Stevenson from the University of Notthingham and Assistant Professor at the Department of Culture and Learning Alison Milner from Aalborg University on the general state of play of the European education system and on the issues linked to low attractiveness and shortages of education employees.
