A new study shows that listening to music for 30 minutes before bed for will considerably enhance both the quality of sleep and overall quality of life. Furthermore, it shows that the intervention group's nocturnal sleep duration increased during the trial from a baseline of roughly 5 hours per night by an average of 18 minutes.
