Bent Flyvbjerg, the Danish professor who advised the DfT?on optimism bias in transport infrastructure projects, has been appointed BT chair of major programme management at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, starting on 1 April. Flyvbjerg joins from Aalborg University, Denmark.
