We will be proceeding deep into the ‘uncanny valley’, that place where robots looks so like humans, they make us uncomfortable. I have made a reference to the ‘uncanny valley’ in a previous posting that featured some Japanese dancing robots (October 18, 2010 posting [scroll down]). This is an order of magnitude more uncanny.
