AAU Zebrafish Re-Identification Dataset

This is the first publicly available dataset of bounding box and ID annotated zebrafish, recorded from a side-view perspective and in color. It has been recorded in a laboratory environment at Aalborg University, Denmark. Six fish were recorded in total, in two sessions with three fish at a time.
