Lærke Bjørka Fosgaard

Lærke Bjørka Fosgaard is a PhD Fellow at the Department of Law at Aalborg University.

Lærke conducts research in the fields of International Business Law, Law of Obligations and Law and Technology.

Lærke has been a visiting scholar for three months at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in Vienna in the fall of 2019 in relation to her PhD Dissertation.

Lærke is a former participant of the 24th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Furthermore, Lærke is assisting-editor of the Nordic Journal of Commercial Law.

Lærke Bjørka Fosgaard is currently teaching Sales Law and Law of Obligations.

Lærke is also academic supervisor to the AAU Team participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
