Forskningsprofil

I hold a B.Sc. in Human Geography from Lund University, Sweden, and a Research M.Sc. in Urban and Economic Geography from Utrecht University, The Netherlands. Between my two degrees, I worked at city planning firms in Copenhagen for a few years. Currently, I am doing my Ph.D. at the Innovation Knowledge and Economic Dynamics (IKE) Group at Aalborg University Business School funded by the Spar Nord Foundation. 

My Ph.D. dissertation is titled; “Technological Change and Regional Inequalities: Essays on Industry 4.0, SMEs and Labor Market Dynamics”, which focuses on interregional inequality and spatial variations in the diffusion of new technologies with a special emphasis on AI.

I have, as a visiting Ph.D. Candidate, visited London School of Economics during a dual stay at their Economic Geography department and the International Inequality Institute (III) in the spring of 2022.  In the autumn of 2022, I visited the department of Economic Geography at University of Gothenburg.
