The aim of my research is to study neurodegenerative diseases and identify epigenetic alterations in association with disease development and progression. My work focus on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and include both murine models and patients.
We still have a long way to go before being able to cure the disease, however, the Molecylar Pharmacology group has already published in the field and established both national and internation collaborations.
